Excellent place to stay in at a reasonable price. My room was spacious. Towels and pillow cases may need replacement showing years of use. Staff are very professional. Close to shopping mall. Edsa Shrine is nearby. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Pros: located in the heart of Ortigas, this hotel is connected to a mall so you don’t have to go out in case you need to run errands or buy groceries. The basement parking is free with in and out accessibility and the service is impeccable. This is located near EDSA, so it is convenient to go to different cities via car. Cons: outdated hotel. I remember this hotel existed since I was a kid so that is over 30 years ago. There are molds on the bathtub grout and it smells like sewage. The room is also masked with a nice scent but when I slept with the ac off, you can smell that old musky scent. The towels are thin and rough and one even had a hole on it. The couch had a visible stain on it.
