"A great central hotel to Times Square. The foyer can get really busy at times with long queues and it doesn’t help that space is at a premium due to Renovation works going on. Would have liked a fridge in the room. Staff were great and friendly. "

"This was a fantastic location with great staff. Our only issue was the room itself though it looked clean smelled a little like a locker room. We all thought that was an odd mismatch for the rest of the look/feel. "

"I had a birthday while I was here, this was a solo trip and they gave me a decent upgrade which was so sweet of them! The room and bathroom were nice, the view was great from the 14th floor! The bar was a nice touch in the lobby! Would stay again!"

"Kearne checked me in and was so helpful. He helped me upgrade when I felt the first room was too small and we had a great room with a view. All staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and the hotel was very convenient to everythiing we wanted to do. The Tik Tok Diner in the hotel is one of the best casual restaurants we ate at."

"Can you really go wrong with a Westin? We have been to New York many times and always wanted to try the Westin. It was safe, convenient, and clean for a NYC hotel room. My only complaint would be the outrageous drink prices at the bar. However, they did give us beverage passes upon check in so that did help! But the drinks were so good we wanted to go back for more. I would stay here again! Safety is priority for me and the Westin never lacks in that area. "
