"We stayed for one night before we head back to America. Their hospitality was amazing. Wahyu ant the reception desk was extremely welcoming and helpful with our needs. Our breakfast was packed and ready at 5am. Our shuttle to the airport was ready and on time. The shuttle driver was very helpful as well. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"There were hiccups because most of the staff didn't speak English. Our room wasn't cleaned, probably due to an oversight. But staff were generally pleasant and helpful. The resort and nearby safari park are beautiful. The safari was very well designed with the lions and tigers kept in enclosed areas without visible bars, while zebras and deer could mingle with the vehicles coming into their area. "

"Perfect for a long layover, inside the domestic terminal. Staff are extremely helpful. Rooms are basic but extremely clean and perfectly adequate for getting a good sleep before an early morning flight. Breakfast starts at 4.30am, perfect."

"It a convenient 1 hour away from Surabaya. The staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. And if you have a car, you can easily get around Taman Dayu complex (it's a big complex) where there are restaurants and shops."
