Staff is very nice and helpful. 30 minute walk into Sorrento *I always walked down, which they got a neat walkway down the mountain,* but walking back up is another story, recommend the bus that says *Priora* for that. "This bnb is very central and convenient to access all Sorrento has to offer. The breakfasts and rooms are both very colourful and joyful. The doors are easy to use (not always a given in Italy) and the staff made communication easy. My only criticism is that check in with only the landline number was very difficult. Life got much easier when I found the whatsapp number. "

There is a long 2 flights of stairs to get to the check in and rooms and no elevator...didn't bother me. But you might consider that if mobility is an issue.
