From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth and enjoyable—they welcomed us with refreshing lemonade tea and cool towels, which was a great touch after being out in the heat. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. A special surprise that made our stay even more memorable was the beautiful honeymoon room decoration—flowers, towel elephants, and thoughtful details that truly made us feel special. The location was also perfect—just 10 minutes from the night market, which made it super easy to go out in the evenings and return without hassle. We also appreciated the adult-only pool, which provided a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. Overall, Avista Hideaway exceeded our expectations, and we felt completely safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!"
