"This is a humble little place above a bar/restaurant. The bed was really nice, and the bathroom was squeaky clean, with good water pressure in the shower. There was a nice radiator that worked well and a shelf above it, that made it easy to dry things in the rainy season. That said, it is above a bar. Prijs ontbijt ook niet juist, kon geen bedankje af voor het aangeven van het te lage tarief. Bij optellen van de nota bleek wederom parkeerkosten op de nota te staan!"

"We stayed here before starting our hike on The Pieterpad, as it is right across the street. The room was sparse, but clean. The lighting was extremely dim - I could not read my book! The bedside lamps had yellow bulbs in them, and the ceiling fixture was also dim. The food in the adjoining cafe was good, and breakfast had everything we wanted."

"Fantastic service in the hotel and at the restaurant. Herr Otten at reception and Herr Krajnic in the restaurant provided five-star treatment. We received an upgrade to a wonderful junior suite with wooden floors and a huge terrace overlooking the front of the hotel with a great view of the town. We spent five wonderfully relaxing days and would come back anytime!"
