"Pur stay was great overall but i felt that there were wayyyy too many foreign visitors that killed the japan experience so i did not get any bath house time. There noise discipline needed to be more strict and mindful for other guests in house. I have seen a group Travel coordinator that was bombarding the elevators, laundry room, and seemed to not care for other guests around. Maybe implement smaller groups at a time. Overall the location was great especially going to Disney properties. Please...

"Locate in the city center and walk to station in 5 min. The carpet in the hallway need to be cleaned or changed. It looks old and stained. The room is spacious. There is a small scratch in the sink. Some food esp. fruits will not be available if you arrive late that 9:30."

"Second stay here on the same trip. My room was on a higher floor this time. Everything else remained great, except that our housekeeping was less attentive for this floor. We had to keep requesting for an extra towel for our infant, when our previous housekeepers restocked for us without asking. We also found toys our infant had dropped under our bed after the room was made up. A pacifier was also left under the bedsheets by the housekeeper. Again, other than that everything else was great....
