"They made a few mistakes in the beginning with my room but they made up for them with extra excelent service, shout out to Mr Yanto and mba Belinda at Kayu Manis restaurant and all the staff at the restaurant for treating me and my Mom with smile, kindness and professionalism. "This is a basic hotel and for the price it’s fine. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet and clean. The furnishings are basic and a little worn but nothing too bad. The staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but good enough for the price. The gym was pretty good but no free weights. Certainly enough machines for a good workout though. Location is convenient and easy to get around."
