"Great hotel for a short stay in Tulum, room was very big and spacious. Rooms are pretty clean and presentable. Bike rental was great for us to save a couple $ on local transport. Walkable to some decent dining options on the south side of the main drag. Pretty easy bike ride down to the beach. The road the hotel is on isn’t illuminated at night but we felt very safe around the area generally."

"My stay at NAALA Hotel in Tulum was fantastic! The hotel is in a perfect location, making it super easy to walk everywhere—whether to nearby restaurants, shops, or attractions. The room itself was beautiful, modern, and comfortable, with a lovely touch of greenery on the deck that added both charm and privacy.
