"The service of every employee was top notch. They always acknowledged and said hello to my son by name and always had a smile on their faces. The pool was really nice, albeit there being some broken tiles to watch out for. There was an issue with our room and they were able to move us to a new room immediately for the rest of our stay. The main reason why I'm unable to give them a better review, is that they overcharged us by 100k rupiah each for a ticket to gili.
