There was a small mix up this time as they didn't have my Expedia reservation but the staff was able to work it out quickly, which was especially important since I had prepaid! They were also doing some plumbing work so the water was off from 11pm to 4am but I appreciated that they did it after hours and it really didn't affect us. I've probably stayed here about 10 times and I would definitely go back. Walking distance to everything downtown "

"The hotel was fine, handy to Union square, cable car and shops. Room was dark and window exterior really grubby. Lifts were slow and can slither down stairs if happy to do so, but not well lit at all. Protestors for Marriott and Westin I know were outside hotels control but were on both opp corners to us and with single glazed windows, we were awake at 6am with drums and chanting all day - been ongoing we hear for months. "
