Valet parking cost (incl. tax and tips) seems high, especially since the parking garage across the street has a great in&out self park option for half the price. "

Pros: - incredible view - convenient location - safe - free drinking water and amenities - great decor and design that fitted in well with location Cons: - music from street food vendors was very loud until midnight - music from cars driving down street was so loud that it vibrated the apartment "
