"Two issues within this hotel: firstly its location was quite far away from Kota and Goldok where food and shopping are within reach. In the end, the cost I spent in taxi for five days, added up to be close to a day stay, not to mention the amount of time wasted in traffic jams. Secondly while the hotel room is clean, the housekeeping is quite inadequate. "The hotel is close proximity to most shopping centres and Chinatown. However the rooms are filled with either lots of mosquito's or Bed Bugs. My legs and body is ridden with bites that leavs me itching the whole day inside. I did NOT like the stay there"

"The location is ideal in town area but the surrounding is rather dusty and dirty with hawkers and heavy traffic."

"Spent 7 days and recommend the hotel Very Friendly staff Buffet breakfast was wonderful! Pool was nice Took 1/2 hour from airport There is a grocery and liquor store next to the hotel There is a Taxi stop right at the bottom of the hotel. 1/2 hour to go to Gambir train station 1/2 hour walk to the Mandiri Bank museum which I recommend, ask well as the other museums around. "

"Location is good, near Mangga Besar which has wide selection of Chinese food and local foods.Chinese food has gone up quite high in the recent years, I advise to go for local food. And best local food are the street food. Hotel room not as nice as potrayed. Room and facility look old but if you looking for room to crash for the night only then it's ok.cabinet door is broken and so is the door security latch."

"The surrounding areas to the hotel do not like nice. The rooms are big and nice, but the hotel needs a revamping. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive."
