"I love scousers because of their warmth and friendliness but the service here - apart from the reception - was abysmal. If breakfast is supposed to be served until 9.30am you shouldn’t be made to feel like a criminal when you greet the staff with a friendly ‘good morning’ to be met with a cold response, looking at their watches and offering no welcome greeting in return. Just appalling when you consider how much working people like us spend in these places. "

"I stay here regularly and always have a very comfortable sleep, the rooms are lovely with plenty of space, adjustable heating and a rather confusing TV remote! water is hot, beds are comfy, bottles of water and tea of coffee in the room but sadly no decaffeinated coffee. "Lovely place, friendly staff and excellent location Unfortunately the wall between rooms was so thin I could hear every moment of my neighbour all night. Also the pillows are terrible- made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep.
