"The staff were incredibly helpful - ordering taxis for us in the mornings and assiting our friend with booking a bus ride home. The rooftop bar is lovely and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The complementary breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here! "

"Very nice hotel with a great view of the Naples Bay and Mount Vesuvius. Large comfortable room with patio. Patio had table chairs, small couch. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Buffet breakfast. Short walk to central Sorrento with shops and restaurants."

"I wanted to enjoy it more cause the staff was so friendly and that always makes the review I write high, no matter what! But unfortunately some things overshadowed this. For example, the room was very nice except it wasn’t cleaned properly. When we arrived, we saw lots of small, black hair everywhere. So the first thing we did was cleaning the room ourselves as it is would feel disrespectful to call for housekeeping. It was hairs on the floors, in the sink, bath tub etc. Dust on coat hangers...
