"This was a horrible hotel stay, there wasn't even hand soap and the room smell. The room we booked was still under construction and there was no management on site. Super nosy so it ruin our Bali experience. Our group of girls had our rooms split and I learned that we over paid. There were so many other hotel room on the same street to rent for a cheaper deal, not under construction and was cleaner. I would never go back nor recommend anyone to this hotel. "The hotel is really nice and quiet location but still easy to go around that area, not far from the beach. Staffs are really friendly. The bad thing is WiFi doesn’t work really well in the hotel room needed to ask the staff to reboot the modem nearly everyday. Breakfast are delicious except got no water boiler in the room."

"This is an older-style hotel but advantages are that the area is quiet and the hotel has a lovely spa and pool, surrounded by shade. My room was on the third floor and was comfortable. Aircon worked fine. The staff at the front desk were kind and went out of their way to help with whatever I wanted to know. My driver, Geday, was lovely. Spa was excellent, as was the little cafe run by Maria, all the food was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay. Oh, and be prepared for the crowds on Sundays for...
