The Hotel have made it possible for me to get a refund on my non-refundable booking. Thank you so much I am so grateful. I will definitely be booking with you when we can travel to beautiful Bali. "The staff here are excellent. We stayed for 6 nights. The rooftop pool was lovely and a really good temperature. We ended up unwell with our daughter getting Bali belly, but the staff were very understanding, and offered us a later check out. Would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is really nice and quiet location but still easy to go around that area, not far from the beach. Staffs are really friendly. The bad thing is WiFi doesn’t work really well in the hotel room needed to ask the staff to reboot the modem nearly everyday. Breakfast are delicious except got no water boiler in the room."

"This is an older-style hotel but advantages are that the area is quiet and the hotel has a lovely spa and pool, surrounded by shade. My room was on the third floor and was comfortable. Aircon worked fine. The staff at the front desk were kind and went out of their way to help with whatever I wanted to know. My driver, Geday, was lovely. "People were so kind. The location is close to Batu balong for surfing. Bed was very comfortable. Make sure you add on the breakfast, Puttu is an amazing and kind chef who worked many cruiselines. I enjoyed the variety of Indonesian dishes and soups. If you are picky they have breads, croissants,cereals,fruit and yoghurts too. The pool was very nice too to swim laps or just relax."
