"Our room with a lovely Mountain View unfortunately was behind a building site with a huge crane shoring our view. The restaurant meal was underwhelming.We prefer to stay at a hotel closer to the restaurants & shops"

Breakfast was stock standard for all wheb we stayed which i thought, wow what a game changer. Staff was great, hotel alao has 24 hour pizza room service. I will definitely stay here again. Also a restaurant and a bar. Highly recommend "

"We booked one of the suites near the cemetary and loved it. The room was very comfortable and had an excellent view of Queenstown. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I only wish there was cutlery in the kitchenette - it was strange to have a kettle and toaster with no cutlery or crockery - these needed to be hired from reception."

"The only thing we really didn't like about our stay was the breakfast. It was really expensive for what you got and the eggs were always cold - even when we arrived first as soon as breakfast opened - and the "hot beans" were also always cold. By the end of our week long stay, we all just chose to not eat rather than eat that breakfast "

"The bed's are so comfortable but having a disability room when you have no need for these facilities when they should be used for the right purpose was disappointing. There also was no mention of the upgrade until my husband asked by then it was to late the receptionist replyed as the purchase had already gone through. "

"We chose this hotel as it was close and convenient to the international arrivals terminal of Auckland airport. The hotel is 17 minute walk from the terminal or there is a bus (chargeable). The hotel was really great. Absolutely perfect for one night. Convenient, clean, easy. We had a room for three people which was rather on the small side, but for one night, that didn’t matter.
