The check-in staff (cannot remember their names) were very helpful, including pointing us in the right direction for money exchange and other amenities we asked for and the check-out staff (An and Anh Thu) were also very polite and made our check-out very easy. "Room was a good size and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet had lots of options and good coffee (espresso machine at your disposal). Staff at the rooftop bar were very pushy for payment - never asking if you want another drink, just demanding you pay for your drink/food at awkward moments despite the place not being busy at all. Pool is nice and warm and theatre has lots of movie showings. The hotel is very good, just not exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"A lovely boutique hotel in district 1. Walking distance to the Ben Thanh markets, cafe apartments and subway stops. The rooms are spacious with a tub and have wooden floors which doesn’t absorb sound but everyone was very considerate in the hallways. There is a small rooftop pool, bar and sauna. Breakfast is a buffet variety of hot foods, eggs made to order, pancakes, bahn mi, fruits and juice, tea, coffee. Our room price included breakfast daily, cocktails and a foot massage. Overall...
