At the Orchids buffet - Tackiesha and others were simply outstanding ! Andre with baggage claim outside th property made sure our things were safe and did such a great job at communicating. Ackeem , spa receptionist as well as Cristal the spa valet , plus our masseuses - Soroyal and Loretta - were a delight! We cannot wait to return ! "

The resort was beautiful and there weren’t too many people this time of year which was exactly what we wanted! The Xhale club was great and the master suite and the ocean view was phenomenal!!
