We were especially grateful for the warm welcome we received during check-in. Mary, the receptionist, truly went above and beyond. After a long tour in Europe, we arrived at the hotel early and inquired about the availability of our room so we could rest. Although our original room wasn't ready, she kindly upgraded us to a fantastic room that we absolutely loved. If I ever find myself in London again, I would definitely choose the Strand Palace Hotel without hesitation. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making our stay in London so enjoyable!"

"Nice but small rooms, new and fresh bathroom. I had a single city view room which was great, nothing to complain about. Location is extremely central, with most top tourist attractions within walking distance from the hotel. Good value if you want prime central London location. The hotel is in the immediate proximity of Victoria Bus & National Rail terminal, but room was still very quiet and it was in no way a nuisance."
