"Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. "The ground floor rooms are so dark, weak lighting and you can’t open the curtains. Shower wasn’t very hot, food was ok, limited menu and you can’t alter the menu in any way You can’t lie around the pool so would only recommend this place to sleep. It’s on a very busy part of Batu Belig so forget car transport, scooters only. Positives: Room size was large, smart tv, comfortable bed"

"This was by far the best hotel we have experienced in terms of service! The staff is so incredibly kind. The facilities are perfectly maintained and you are taken care of if you need anything at all. The hotel has multiple restaurants around it that are all delicious, the room was spacious and beautiful, and we loved the spa so much that we went multiple times for treatments. Definitely book, you will not regret it!"
