"A little rundown property, not so clean, you can see molds in many area of the house. Amenities are okay, had to run around asking for a hair dryer at night. Also with high price we paid, you would expect the “floating breakfast” as shown in photos on the hotel listing here for your “private pool villas” but no, apparently you have to request for it before hand which no-one told us about that. Maybe take the photo down from the listing if that was not what you offered? "

Hearing that once is endearing, twice is a coincidence, three then four times was a little much considering the walk to the street was only maybe 2 minutes long. "The ground floor rooms are so dark, weak lighting and you can’t open the curtains. Shower wasn’t very hot, food was ok, limited menu and you can’t alter the menu in any way You can’t lie around the pool so would only recommend this place to sleep. It’s on a very busy part of Batu Belig so forget car transport, scooters only. Positives: Room size was large, smart tv, comfortable bed"
